To maintain compliance with the information requirements of Payment Services Directive and General Data Protection Regulation, PayU displays the necessary information in the footer of the PayU payment page for standard integrations where the payment method is selected on the PayU hosted page.
For white label integrations, the required information is displayed either on the PayU hosted page (for card payments via PayU hosted form or services like PayU | Installments and PayU | Pay Later) or on an intermediary page before redirection to the bank's page (for online and traditional transfers or alternative payment methods).
If you wish to skip the intermediary page and display the required information on your website, you can request a configuration change from PayU. To proceed, include the required information and links on your website and contact us by sending an email with a link to your page and a screenshot for verification.
Information You Must Display
Payment order: Payment is processed by PayU SA;The recipient's data, the
payment title and the amount are provided to PayU SA by the recipient;
The order is sent for processing when PayU SA receives your payment. The
payment is transferred to the recipient within 1 hour, not later than
until the end of the next business day;PayU SA does not charge any
service fees.

Your personal data will be processed for purposes of processing payment transaction, notifying you about the status of this payment, dealing with complaints and also in order to fulfill the legal obligations imposed on PayU.
You have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and erasure of your personal data. Providing personal data is voluntary however necessary for processing the payment and failure to provide the data may result in the rejection of the payment. Payment order information should be displayed only if your website is in Polish and targeted to Polish users (and you should display the Polish version, the text above is only to help you understand the requirement). In case you accept payments via website in other language versions (Czech, English, Hungarian etc.) you are not required to display this information. However, regardless of the website's language version, you must always present the data processing disclaimer to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations.
To enhance user experience and readability, you are advised to initially display only the first paragraph of the information related to payment order. You can then provide the option for users to read the second paragraph by incorporating a user action, such as clicking on a "read more" button.
